I have been working with children, couples, individuals and families for over 20 years. I have experience helping patients through difficult issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mourning, addiction, eating disorders, sexual identity, life and career transitions, and HIV. I work with both psycho-spiritual and therapeutic modalities, including Zen Buddhism, archetypal psychology, dreamwork, meditation, Jungian-based analytic psychotherapy, dance therapy, art therapy, and sandplay therapy.

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from California’s Pacifica Graduate Institute, and am a licensed psychologist in Hawaii and California. In addition, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii. I am also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor here in Hawaii.
